Bhrigu Lake Trek- Experience the Thrill of Camping by the Crystal Clear Lake

The terrain or the trek trail is marvellous and the trek begins through a base village. Details about Bhrigu Lake is that the trek starts from Vashist which is the base village and then to Pandurupa which is 7 km from Vashist village. And then from Pandurupa to Bhrigu lake which is about 4 km approximately. During winter the trekking trail is like a snowy desert. The view of the Bhrigu lake trek along the whole trip remains beyond beautiful. The landscapes are covered with green grasslands and it is a perfect treat to the eye.

August is the month in which this trek has mesmerising flowers everywhere. And September is the month when the grass turns a little brown and the weather remains extremely clear. The trek in bhrigu lakes is a long trek and so it is difficult in monsoon specially and it takes approximately 7-8 hours. The higher parts of the plateau region of South India lying within the hot tropical belt are not so hot. The himalayan mountain range stands as a barrier in the North of India.
